there is also third option. some encorers can use acceleration from CUDA cores of your graphic card 😉 😀
i tried all three options. every option has some advantages and disadvantages. i didnt see differences in video quality or size. Priority was the the smooth 60fps video and the best FPS cos i used it for recording my gameplay in crysis 2 trought bandicam.
