change to website registration process

The website was getting too many spam registrations (the price of popularity…) so I’ve disabled registration to stop the flood. Folks will have to PM me an email address over social club and then I’ll register them manually. A bit annoying but it will reduce a big chunk of maintenance on the site, and it’s not like we’re flooded with recruits anyway. I hope that’s ok. I’ll update our “how to join” document soon to reflect this.
