website permissions update

As posted already on discord, I’ve done some changes to the website, which hopefully you’ll enjoy:

• Lieutenants (if they are registered on the website) can now write blog posts (but not publish them). Commissioners can review and publish those posts for you. I think lieutenants can also upload images but I’m not sure (someone will have to test it 🙂 ).
• Commissioners (all of whom are registered) can write and publish blog posts, and should also be able to upload images and so on.
• Currently, myself and mathilya have full administrator rights.

I hope this is ok. If for some reason, something is not correct or you feel uncomfortable about any of these changes, just let me know.
